Using the self-adjusting oil filter wrench

Once you have drained your vehicle, using a vacuum oil extraction pump, you have to change the oil filter.

Can handle oil filters with diameters from 70 to 130 mm.

Using the self-adjusting oil filter wrench, remove the used oil filter.

Using the wrench without the 3/8 inch square wrench adaptor

Using the wrench with a 21 mm open-end wrench adaptor or a 1/2 inch square wrench adaptor

Be careful as they can be some oil left inside the filter.

Prior to fitting the new oil filter, oil the rubber seal, then firmly screw the oil filter by hand.

Never tighten the new filter again using the self adjusting oil filter wrench.
